![]() ![]() I can only imagine how much longer loading will take when I use individual VSTs on clips rather than tracks/busses. This makes switching timelines a huge hassle, including copying clips from one timeline to another. When switching to another timeline (either through loading it, through the timeline tabs or by clicking on the playhead when multiple timelines are open), the VST is loading again, causing a ~7 second program freeze. However, when adding a VST to the master bus of a timeline (I'm using iZotope Ozone 7 for mastering), it takes a long time to load (about ~7 seconds, in which DvR becomes unresponsive). I do audio for movies and as such I use a lot of external VST plugins. On Windows, this will be in your 'C:Program Files (x86)iZotopeRXwin64' folder. ![]() On Mac, this will be in your Applications folder. I've been using Premiere Pro for over 18 years and I'm completely switching.Īlso, I've been singing your praises to other professionals in the field, they are trying DaVinci Resolve now as well. Scroll down to the bottom section titled 'External Editors.' Click 'Add.' Next to 'Primary Editor:' choose 'Browse.' Navigate to the RX standalone application. First of, since this is my first post: AWESOME work on DaVinci Resolve 15.
